About the Wichita Prayer Breakfast

The Wichita Prayer Breakfast began in 1963 as a way to bring our community together in prayer.

Each year, we gather to seek God’s heart for our city - lifting up its leaders, its people, and the work happening across every sector. It’s a time to pause, reflect, and be reminded that we are not alone in this work.

At its core, the Prayer Breakfast is about unity - creating space for people to come together in the name of Jesus, who breaks down barriers and brings reconciliation.
