Mentors & Navigators

This network connects experienced leaders with those earlier in their journey - people who need not just information, but someone willing to walk alongside them and remind them they belong here. It brings together mentors, coaches, and connectors who open doors, share wisdom, and help others find their footing in work, community, and life - because every person has something to contribute, and the right relationship at the right moment can unlock it. During our listening tour, we heard it again and again - dozens of organizations across Wichita are hungry for mentors and navigators but find recruiting and sustaining them difficult to solve alone. This network exists to change that - aligning language, streamlining processes, and flooding our organizations and communities with people willing to show up for others.
