Rodney Elliott currently serves as Executive Pastor of Pathway Church in Wichita, Kansas. Pathway is a multisite church with three campuses and 5 micro-campuses. Rodney began his ministry journey when he was called to step away from his family farming operation and plant the first multisite campus of Pathway Church in Goddard, KS, which then grew to 1,000. He served as Campus Pastor there for 10 years. Pathway has a vision to plant 100 churches in the next 10 years and see 10,000 new followers of Jesus. Rodney has a beautiful wife Jenny and 4 children, Ethan, Kailee, Brianna, and Lauren.
