Sarah Andrews
Board Member, Lead Wichita
Born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, Sarah Andrews embodies a lifelong commitment to family, community, and leadership. She married her high school sweetheart and together they raised two wonderful children, Sydney and Brandon Andrews.
Sarah is an active and passionate advocate for community development, co-leading a Pathway Anywhere micro-campus at the Wichita Recovery Hub. She dedicates her time and expertise to several non-profit boards, including Lead Wichita, where she contributes to shaping a thriving local community. Her passion for fostering leadership and strengthening communal bonds has been a consistent thread throughout her career and volunteer work.
Recently retired from the Stand Together Foundation, Sarah served as a Senior Initiatives Lead, spearheading the city-wide movement "Care for Every Family." This initiative is focused on reducing foster care placements by empowering and strengthening families across the Wichita community.
With over 30 years of experience working with various Koch Companies, Sarah has an extensive background in Legal, HR, Risk, and Compliance support. Her skills span project management, staff selection and development, process improvement, program and policy development, and fostering cross-company knowledge sharing. She is recognized for her strategic thinking, effective implementation, and measurable improvements.
