The Global Leadership Summit is one of Lead Wichita’s most impactful initiatives, providing hundreds of scholarships each year to nonprofit, government, and faith leaders who are doing critical work across our city but often have the least resources to invest in their own development. The Summit also features the Leadership Lobby, an interactive experience where approximately 30 local nonprofits are organized around Wichita’s key community realities, giving leaders from every sector the opportunity to connect with organizations addressing our city’s greatest challenges and discover how they can contribute to meaningful change. Together, these experiences inspire leaders, connect communities, and help transform Wichita for the good of the city.
